The Task of your group is to create a presentation that answers these questions:

What were internment camps?  

Why were Japanese people sent there? 

Where were the internment camps? 

Who was in charge of the camps?

What was the impact of these camps on Japanese?

What were the camps like?

How long were they in the camps and where did they go when the camps closed?

Your group must address these questions and provide any other information that your group thinks is crucial to understanding why these camps existed, who was sent there, where the camps were and what was live like in the camps.  Your group will NOT be traveling with the presentation so it MUST be self-explanatory.  

Your group will have four class periods to complete this project.  We will begin presentations on the fifth day.  Please use your time wisely in class.  I will gladly write notes for students to use the computer lab during study halls.
